Effective Date: [05/2026]Welcome to Aminux Scale ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, payment pages, and lead generation services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Overview of ServicesAminux Scale provides lead generation and digital marketing services for home service businesses, including but not limited to Facebook/Meta advertising campaign management, lead routing, and related account support. Specific service terms, deliverables, pricing, and guarantees are governed by a separate Client Service Agreement signed between Aminux Scale and the client.2. Payments and Billing- Management fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis via our designated payment processor (Stripe).
- Advertising spend is billed separately and directly to the client at cost.
- All fees are non-refundable once services for that billing period have commenced, except as otherwise stated in your signed Client Service Agreement.
- You authorize Aminux Scale to charge your payment method on file for recurring monthly fees until the service is cancelled in accordance with your agreement.3. CancellationCancellation terms, notice periods, and any applicable exit conditions are governed by your signed Client Service Agreement. In the absence of a signed agreement, services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.4. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to provide timely responses to leads generated by our campaigns, accurate business information for ad compliance purposes, and reasonable cooperation needed to execute campaigns effectively. Aminux Scale is not responsible for lost leads or reduced performance resulting from delayed client response times.5. No Guarantee of Business OutcomesWhile Aminux Scale may offer specific lead volume guarantees under a signed Client Service Agreement, we do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, or business outcomes resulting from leads generated. Ad platform performance can vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to platform policy changes, market conditions, and third-party ad account restrictions.6. Intellectual PropertyAll website content, creative assets, campaign strategies, and materials developed by Aminux Scale remain the intellectual property of Aminux Scale unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use ad creative and campaign assets solely for the duration of their active service agreement.7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Aminux Scale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.8. Third Party PlatformsOur Services rely on third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed by these third-party platforms.9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.
